Mental Health Awareness Training through MHFA
Inspire Community Services in partnership with Passionate Lives run Standard and Youth Mental Health First Aid Training both at our offices and on site. The course runs for 2 days and teaches participants how to recognise the early warning signs of a developing Mental Health issue, how to start a conversation around mental health issues and how to refer on to support services.
